What people are saying

"The 52-week roadmap completely changed my approach to career planning. I went from panicking about AI to actively using it to become more valuable. Week 8 alone was worth the subscription."

JR

James R.

Marketing Manager, Score: 68

"I scored a 34 and thought I was fine. The 'This Week' plan showed me three blind spots I had no idea about. Already started learning prompt engineering for my field. Best $10 I've spent."

SP

Sarah P.

Project Manager, Score: 34

"Scored 81. The Career Pivot Engine didn't sugarcoat it. It mapped three roles I could transition to within 6 months using my existing skills. Already interviewing for one of them."

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The assessment and your AI Exposure Score are completely free. No credit card, no signup. We offer paid action plans if you want personalized next steps, but the score itself costs nothing.

Your score is a weighted composite of four factors plus a modifier:

  • Task Automation Risk (50%), based on O*NET task classifications and the Anthropic Economic Index (2025)
  • Industry Disruption (25%), calibrated against Goldman Sachs, "The Potentially Large Effects of AI on Economic Growth" (2023)
  • Routine Checklist Test (20%), adapted from Stanford HAI, "Occupational Exposure to AI" (2024)
  • Role Replaceability (5%), informed by Frey & Osborne's Oxford study on automation probability
  • AI Usage Modifier: if AI already performs parts of your role, your exposure is higher

Additional sources include the OpenAI/UPenn "GPTs are GPTs" paper (Eloundou et al., 2023), McKinsey Global Institute (2023), and the World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report.

No. Your assessment data is used only to calculate your score and generate your action plan. We don't sell, share, or provide your personal information to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for research insights.

We offer three tiers: a one-time "This Week" plan ($9.99) with 5 actionable steps, a "52-Week Roadmap" ($7.99/wk) with a full year of weekly milestones, and a "Career Pivot Engine" ($12.99/wk) that identifies AI-resilient roles matched to your existing skills. All plans are AI-generated and personalized to your exact assessment profile.

Absolutely. Retake it anytime. Your score page will show how your score has changed. We recommend retaking it quarterly as your role, skills, or industry evolves.

Correct. Your score measures exposure: how much of your current work is susceptible to AI automation. It's not a prediction that you'll be fired. Many high-scoring roles will evolve rather than disappear. The point is to understand your exposure so you can adapt proactively.
